Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who we share it with — in plain language.

Last updated

This policy covers UFO115.com. If you have a question about it, email support@ufo115.com.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, and what you bought. Your payment card details are entered into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
  • If you join our email list: your email address, when you signed up and the exact wording you agreed to, and the single-use discount code we sent you. We email new designs and occasional offers, a few times a month at most. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe we keep your address only on a do-not-email list so we never mail you again.
  • Order-related emails: if you type your email at checkout and don't finish, we send one reminder with a link back to your cart, never more. About a week after an order is delivered we may send one email suggesting the matching piece of the same design. Both have a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops them along with everything else that isn't about an order you placed.
  • If you sign in with Google or Microsoft: your name, email address and an account identifier from that provider, so you can see your orders and check out faster. We never receive your password.
  • Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) until you check out.
  • Cookies: a session cookie if you sign in, a short-lived security cookie during sign-in, and cookies set by Stripe on the checkout form to prevent fraud.
  • Server logs: standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) kept to keep the site secure and working.
  • Site analytics (our own, no cookies): to see which pages and products people look at, our own server records the page path, the product viewed or added to the cart, the website that referred you (its domain only), any campaign tags in the link (utm_ parameters), and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. To count unique visitors without cookies, your IP address and browser identifier are combined with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, producing a code that cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. Your IP address is not stored for analytics. Purchases are counted from our payment processor's confirmation, not from your browser. Our own analytics are not shared with anyone. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, these analytics are not sent.
  • Advertising measurement (Meta): we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to visits and purchases. When you browse, Meta may receive the pages and products you view, items added to your cart, and purchases (order value and product IDs), along with your IP address, browser details and Meta cookies. For purchases we also send your email, name, phone and postcode, hashed (scrambled) before they leave our server. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, none of this is sent. Meta’s use of this data is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — processes your payment.
  • Printify and its print provider — receive your name, shipping address and order details (and your email and phone if given) so they can print and ship your order.
  • Resend — our email provider, which sends your order confirmation and, if you are on our list or left a checkout, the emails described above.
  • Google or Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives the advertising-measurement data described above.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers — run the servers, domain and email routing for the site.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for fulfilment, customer support, and our tax and accounting obligations. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@ufo115.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to keep some records where the law requires.

Children

UFO115.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
