Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. We will add more countries once tax and shipping for them are set up properly — until then checkout will only accept addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on US orders of $75.00 or more (before tax).
• Otherwise you pay exactly what our print partner charges to ship your order. For tees and long sleeves that is $5.35 for the first item and $2.40 for each additional one.
• Other products (hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, wall art, phone cases) are printed by the partner that makes them and ship at that partner's rate for that item, so an order mixing product types can arrive in more than one package.

The exact shipping charge for your cart is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery time

Each item is printed on demand by our print partner in the United States. Production can take up to 10 days before your order ships; transit time then depends on the carrier and your location. We do not promise a delivery date.

After you pay you'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to your order page. Once your order ships, tracking information appears on that page.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@ufo115.com immediately — we can only change an address before the order goes into production.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it was lost, contact support@ufo115.com with your order number and we will work with our print partner and the carrier to replace it or refund you.
