New Mexico 1947 Disc Recovered Canvas

In 1947 the US Army Air Forces announced possession of a “flying disc” from near Roswell, New Mexico, and retracted the statement within a day. UFO lore never let the first version go.

A damaged metal disc half-buried in a desert ranch field at dusk, pinned into a redacted file under NEW MEXICO 1947 and stamped RECOVERED. Printed on a black field on matte canvas, stretched over a 0.75 in pine frame and ready to hang.

The frame is radiata pine, with hanging hardware included and rubber dots on the bottom edge to help it stay in place once hung. Choose 11 × 14 in, 16 × 20 in or 18 × 24 in.

Care: if it gathers dust, wipe it gently with a clean, damp cloth.
